2. Product Information
Each handcrafted item at यदा is unique, and slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products. We strive to display the colours of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the colour of the item.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at checkout, and we accept the following payment methods: Debit cards, UPI, bank transfers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship across India. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
5. Returns and Exchanges
At यदा, we take great care to ensure that each product is crafted with the highest attention to quality and craftsmanship. As all our products are handcrafted and made in limited batches, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for eligible items.
To be eligible for store credit, your request must be initiated within five (5) days of receiving your item, and the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
Customised or sale items are not eligible for store credit.
Shipping fees for returning items for store credit will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Approved requests will receive a credit code via email, which can be applied to your future purchases.
