Returns and Exchanges

At यदा, we take great care to ensure that each product is crafted with the highest attention to quality and craftsmanship. As all our products are handcrafted and made in limited batches, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for eligible items.

To be eligible for store credit, your request must be initiated within five 5 days of receiving your item, and the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Customised or sale items are not eligible for store credit.

Shipping fees for returning items for store credit will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Approved requests will receive a credit code via email, which can be applied to your future purchases.

Approved requests will receive a store credit code via email within 7 working days, which can be used for future purchases.
